After our last concert in Darhan, We felt that there were alot of pain
(The rates of alcoholism and wife abuse is quite high in Mongolia. Life expectancy is around 60.)
in the people who came to our concerts.
As we prayed for them, we can't help but suspect that they were seeking more than prayers.
They were seeking for signs and wonders. But some were lifted up from their sufferings by our music and prayers
( even though the lanugage barrier was still present). We even have some of them coming up to say (thru our interpreters)
that they actually felt good just by listening to our songs. It was then when I knew that the Lord's work was cut out for us.
We don't really know what lies ahead.
After a late supper and it's off to the train station for our 8 hours train ride to the city of Edernet.

That's Micheal who's the drummer as well as our cell group leader in our 4 man train cabin. Pretty cramp eh?
Hmmm..come to think of it, Kok Wah is right, Mike does look like Jacky Cheung from this angle. kekekkek

The stage in Darhan. It was here that we had our first spiritual attack in a physical form.
One of our Mongolian brothers was nearly electrocuted and the hind leg of a grand piano we were moving came off.
It was here that I saw God's hand at work saving our Mongolian brother from harm
when another Mongolian (Shakar) pulled the power plug out at the nick of time.
It's kinda hard explaining what went thru that day....the Mongolian brother (Gana) who was left holding the end of the Grand Piano
mangaed to hold it until our Bassist (Jeff)dropped his drink and went to his aid,
thus preventing any serious injuries to Gana.
After some discussion we finally came to the conclusion that all these things happened
because we did not pray for protection from the ALMIGHTY since we didn't had time to due to the tight shedule.

Section of the audience/worshippers in Darhan. The worship was high inspite of what happened earlier on during the rehersal

And then it was back to Ulan Bator again.
This time it will be a 12 hours train ride. The temperature in the train cabin got so cold in the night
that most of us had a real hard time sleeping.
